TIMELINE

Grab superapp serves our consumers by providing on-demand services around the clock. The Activity screen is an integral part of the consumer journey - where it helps them track upcoming, ongoing and past orders.
Over time, Grab expanded to new sectors especially in Finance, and the Activity screen didn’t cater for “finance” related transactions leading to disconnected and scattered experiences.
The redesign of Activity aimed to solve the existing broken experience while creating a framework for future use cases.
As a product designer, I led the project through product strategy, north star vision, and MVP. I was also responsible for creating design system architecture enabling other content and product designers to adopt their use-case when they integrate with Activity.
I also worked closely with our Engineers especially QA, doing desk checks across multiple languages and currencies to ship the highest quality design.
